Return Policy

It is our wish to ensure that your experience is an enjoyable one.  However, for you to be eligible for our Returns and Exchange Policy you must have created an account with us at the time of checkout. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you must contact us with the following information within 30 days of receipt of the package so that we can assist you in refunding your item.  Do NOT discard the item.  We will send you a free return label and the bubble package is reusable. 

Please note that items must be new, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a replacement.

Incorrect Item

If an item isn't what you ordered or isn’t the correct color.  You must contact us with the following information within 30 days of receipt of the package so that we can assist you in replacing your item.  Do NOT discard the item.  We will send you a free return label and the bubble package is reusable.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us with the following information within 7 days of receipt of the package so that we can assist you in replacing your item.  Do NOT discard the item.  We will send you a free return label and the bubble package is reusable.

Customized Items

Customized items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.   Nevertheless, we will try to assist you if we can.  Do NOT discard the item.  If approved we will send you a free return label and the bubble package is reusable.
